Baking with lavender is easy. Finding good culinary lavender is another thing, entirely. At White Hills Farm, we have that problem solved. With excellent culinary grade lavender, a few simple methods elevate cookies, scones, muffins and syrups to a whole new level of flavor and presentation. Our January 30 class is aimed at just that. Three baking stations, manned by local bakers, will show best practices for making shortbread, scones and quick breads, all with lavender! Lunch, tea and great desserts provided.
